This 200 sqft retreat features a loft with a queen bed, a living room with a sofa bed and Roku TV, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Enjoy outdoor amenities like a chiminea, lounge chairs, picnic tables, shared BBQ grill, patios, decks and more! Other houses are on the property.

Guest access
Guests will park on the lower level of the property, in front of the large Hobbit wall. There are marked spaces for cars but no assigned parking. To get to the house, walk through the Hobbit wall entrance. The house will be the second one on your left. It has a yellow door and a #1.

There is a lock box mounted next to the door. Enter the code provided in the email and retrieve the key.

Guests are free to enjoy the entire property, including BBQ area, patio areas, deck in the woods, green spaces and 'Hobbit' wall area. Feel free to take pictures too!

Please note that there are no exceptions to the cancellation policy, regardless of reason. We are happy to refund people according to the refund policy set forth on Airbnb.

Our tiny house is located in the upper lot of the Mountain Shire property with views into the woods and surrounding valley area. There are seven tiny houses (inspired by the Hobbit) in total on the property (three in the upper lot and four in the lower).
