Wide open spaces to accommodate you and your family or friends. A place to unwind, and/or to host a large gathering. 20 minutes South of San Antonio, it puts you close enough for an easy commute but far enough to escape into the peaceful country. Home can sleep up to 8 guests comfortably and host parties up to 50 guests comfortably. Large parking space available. Guesthouse off the main house has additional sleeping accommodations & rents separately through my other listing.

The space
Main house with covered carport. Gravel area in the back yard with tables and chairs. Guesthouse right off the main house may accommodate additional guests or may have been rented separately by other guests.
A game room is also right off the main house and can be rented in addition to the main house if desired.

Guest access
Main house will have full access to the front and back yards as well as parking off the carport area. Please stay out of the field behind the house, and the barns.
