• Only 1 assigned parking space. UNAUTHORIZED vehicles will be towed at your expense. No Guest Parking.
• Only one key fob is provided. Misplaced or lost key fob / gate remote is $150
• All detailed check-in instructions will be sent to your phone number. MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE NUMBER IS UPDATED ON YOUR PROFILE.
• It’s imperative to let us know if you’re driving or getting dropped. This will help you with a smooth check-in process.
• PET FEE applies to all pets. Only Certified Service Animals are exempt from pet fee. Certified Service Animals must have service vest at all times. Some breeds are not allowed due to community restrictions. Please ask for more details.
