Only guests registered at the time of booking are permitted on the property during the rental period.
Visitors are not permitted without prior written approval from the host, Kara.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM, both indoors and outdoors.
Noise complaints or a police response may result in immediate eviction without refund.
