The Hanging Villa is a stunning private retreat with three luxurious bedrooms in a unique hanging-container design. Crafted for modern comfort and visual appeal, the villa features a private pool, an elegant living room, a stylish bar table with wine rack, premium air-conditioning and a sleek attached kitchen. Every detail is thoughtfully designed to blend bold architecture with warmth and comfort, creating the perfect setting for relaxed stays intimate gatherings and truly unforgettable moments
The space
This private villa features three beautifully designed bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, TVs, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the large pool and surrounding nature. Thoughtfully curated interiors ensure comfort, privacy, and relaxation—wake up and step straight into the refreshing pool to start your day right.
The enclosed, fully equipped kitchen (with electric hob only, no gas burner for safety) connects seamlessly to the dining and indoor lounge areas, making it ideal for cooking, socialising, and spending quality time together while enjoying pool views.
The highlight of the villa is the stylish sunken outdoor lounge within the pool—perfect for reading, unwinding, or sharing memorable moments.
The living room comfortably seats up to 10 guests and features a 55” 4K LG TV with Netflix & Disney+ Hotstar, a Samsung soundbar with subwoofer, high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, and an all-glass façade overlooking the pool. Guests also have access to a refrigerator, RO drinking water, complete crockery and cutlery, and a convenient poolside bathroom.
Daily housekeeping is provided. Ola, Uber, Zomato, and Swiggy services are easily available.
Please note: as with any home, occasional maintenance issues may arise; however, all efforts will be made to resolve them promptly.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all 3 luxurious bedrooms, the private pool, and the stylishly designed living room with its modern amenities. The attached kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything you need for a seamless stay.
You’ll also have access to the beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the serene ambiance of the property. Our staff ensures daily housekeeping to keep the villa pristine during your stay.
The property is yours to enjoy, providing complete privacy and a one-of-a-kind experience.
Other things to note
Kindly note that we have a few house rules -
Note: The Villa is in a residential area. So keep the Music/Noise Volume at a respectable level at all times so as to respect the neighbours.
1. Vomiting anywhere other than the bathrooms will incur an additional cleaning charge of 2000/- RS.
Loud Music/Noise outdoors after 10PM is strictly prohibited. We will not be liable for any complaints made by neighbours. If found in breach of this policy you may be asked to leave the property immediately without any refunds.
Security Deposit of INR 5000 is required at the time of check-in and shall be refunded at the time of check-out if no damages are found.
2. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the villa and shall at all measures be done outside.
3. Kindly note that the pool is 5ft deep and is not recommended for children below 12 years. Also diving in the pool is strictly prohibited
4. As per the orders of Rajasthan Government loud music is not allowed outdoors after 10pm. We are very strict on this policy as we need to respect our neighbourhood and the law.
No parties are allowed at all.
5. To respect the residents and surroundings the outside lights shall be dimmed at 11 pm. Kindly refrain from switching on all the light after 11 PM
7. Kindly ensure to switch off the lights and Air conditioners when not on use!
