What to Expect

You’ll arrive to a professionally cleaned, sanitized condo with fresh linens for the king bed and queen sleeper sofa, bath towels, two rolls of toilet paper, and starter toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotion). The kitchenette is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, and utensils.

Laundry facilities are available on the 1st floor. During your stay, guests replenish consumables as needed. We are private owners and do not offer daily maid or towel exchange service.

Primary renter must be 20+ years old.

Other things to note
• A Nest security camera is installed at the exterior entry door for safety purposes only. There are no cameras inside the unit.
• Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
• This is a strictly non-smoking condo and building. Smoking inside the unit will result in additional cleaning fees.
• Beach access is directly across the street from the resort (approx. 2-minute walk). This unit has Bay/city views — not direct Gulf-front views.
• Quiet hours are enforced by the resort. This property is best suited for couples and small families looking for a relaxing stay.
• No washer/dryer in the unit. Coin laundry is available on the 1st floor.
• Starter supplies are provided, but guests replenish consumables during longer stays.
• Primary renter must be 20+ years old.
