Charismatic 19th century farmhouse on 2 acres of land bordering our locavore brewery & restaurant, Little Fish Brewing Company. Perfect for large family events, weekends of hiking, or a home base while touring Athens.

Enjoy the peaceful bedrooms, cozy nooks, large dine-in kitchen, dining room that seats 10. Plus, spacious patio and yard with a fire pit.

The space
We are excited to share this new brewery venture with you, but it's not just for beer geeks. Come to the brewery and soak it in if you like, or stay at the house and Netflix & chill! We have a full menu of locally-sourced and seasonal rotating foods, a wonderful outdoor space, and a selection of 21 draft beers and non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, we have a wine list, and select cocktail / zero-proof cocktail list.

Athens, Ohio is such a cool town, and we want to share that culture and nature with you. We have compiled a list of our favorite businesses and pastimes to keep you busy any time of the year.

Guest access
Plenty of parking on-site. 5 minute drive from downtown Athens (which we refer to as "Uptown" because it's on a hill).

2 minute walk to bike path, from which 3 other breweries, a cidery, and a distillery can be easily accessed within a few miles (Jackie O's, Devil's Kettle, West End Cidery / Distillery). For more on that, search the webs for "Athens Ohio Brewed On The Bikeway".

Because the house is historical, it does not yet have wheelchair access. A few stairs would be necessary to climb. The main bedrooms are on the second floor, but the bunk room is on the ground floor.

Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, and smaller full bathroom are on the main floor.

The only "shared space" in the house is a back storage room with the washer/dryer (which is available to use should you need it). The brewery staff is occasionally in this room to grab things from that storage area or run a load of laundry. There is a door between the storage room and the dining room that you can keep closed, and optionally locked, so that we don't invade your privacy.

Heads up: We currently do not have a dishwasher, but we plan to install one soon.
