Suitable for a large family or even 2 families to enjoy a great beach holiday together. Put your car keys in a safe spot because you won't have to worry about using them while at Tree Tops.
The space
Tree Tops is close to everything you need. The butcher, baker, supermarket and shops right next door. The beach is a short walk across the road and through the caravan park. Local cafes and bowling club are also a short walk up the street.
Large 2 story home suitable for 2 families or a big group.
Upstairs has kitchen, laundry, bathroom, living room, balcony and 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.
Downstairs has a living room, bathroom, small balcony and 1 large family room with a queen bed and 2 single beds.
Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and basin.
Also available: BBQ and outdoor dining. Outdoor shower. Wifi. Netflix. TV’s upstairs and downstairs.
Guests have exclusive access to the whole house.
Please no smoking inside and no pets allowed.

Checkin is anytime after 2pm. We will send self checkin details the day before you arrive.
Checkout is 10am. Because we often have guests checking out and in on the same day this allows us time to clean. Late checkout is not usually available during peak periods like school holidays.
There is no internal access from upstairs and downstairs, the staircase is external.
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, living area along with indoor and outdoor dining areas including a bbq.
Downstairs includes a big family bedroom that sleeps 4, bathroom, living room, balcony and outdoor shower.
Only one set of keys are provided, please always leave the keys in the lock box provided when you leave the house. This is the best way to manage the keys so they don't get lost and if you have multiple groups can always get access to the house.
The house is not wheelchair friendly.
Hot water is off peak so large groups need to mange the use of hot water other during their stay. Overly long showers may result in the hot water running out, it typically takes overnight to heat up again if this happens.
Essentials are supplied in bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, toilet paper. If you need more during your stay please purchase supplies from the supermarket nearby.
