The space
Enjoy this bright apartment located on the third floor of a modernized building in the historic center of the city. It has an elevator and forklift and views of a typical large Sevillian garden patio.

In the house, a spacious entrance hall will lead to one of the two full bathrooms and access and separate day and rest areas.

The open, spacious and fully equipped kitchen is integrated into a spacious living room with double window, balcony-terrace and views of the building's private garden, it has a double sofa bed, TV, fiber optic internet connection, WiFi and auxiliary furniture, creating an ideal space to relax, share moments or telework.

The sleeping area has two bright and spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed (150 cm) and another with two single beds of 90 cm, which can be easily joined. Both bedrooms have large closets with a window or access to the balcony terrace, and they also have views of the interior garden courtyard. Next to them is a second full bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy.

This apartment combines functionality and comfort, offering a perfectly equipped space to enjoy a quiet and pleasant stay in the heart of the city, with all the amenities and connections you need to live an unforgettable experience.

All the apartment's spaces are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and carefree stay: fiber optic WiFi with 300 megabytes speed, air conditioning and heating, bed linen and full towels, duvets and toiletries such as gel, shampoo and hair dryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for six people, coffee makers, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher and ceramic stove.

Hot water works through an automatic city gas boiler and the house has high energy efficiency, double glazing and LED lights.

If you are traveling with children, we can provide a high chair and playground at no cost so that the little ones can also enjoy the stay in total comfort.

Other things to note
We have implemented strict security and cleaning measures, the bathrooms have small automatic Ozono generators, our protocols are always at your disposal, do not hesitate to ask us about them.

Our regular in-person check-in hours are from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you need us to be there later, that's fine, it would just cost an additional €20 until midnight. We also have automatic check-in, very simple: you can pick up the keys in a locker located just 60 meters from the apartment.

Both check-in and check-out can be flexible, as long as availability allows. If you need to adjust the schedules, please don't hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help.
