Newly furnished four-bedroom duplex unit, two rooms with a king bed and two rooms with a queen bed, two bathrooms. Two flatscreen televisions, satellite TV, WiFi, DVD, Wii, & more. The kitchen is stocked with oil, flour, sugar, & spices. Located close to shopping, restaurants, trails, lakes, downtown and Wolf Creek ski area. Private hot tub for adults on the back patio. All units are non-smoking and non-pets. Receive a $50 card for first-time stay of 4 nights or more. Read waiver agreement.

The space
The main floor has large kitchen, living room, dining room and eating bar, bathroom (powder room and a shower room) , king bedroom, and washer & dryer. Upstairs features one king bedroom with deck, two queen bedrooms, family room, and full bathroom. If you have a larger group, rent both units A and B. We also have two other units next door that sleeps 8 each. The hot tub is private for this unit. There are two parking spots inside the garage and two parking spots in front of the garage. Please do not park on the county road or neighboring properties.

Guest access
The back patio is private, but the guests from the front unit may come play on the grass in back of the property. Guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors when using the back patio, grill and outside areas. Quiet time after 10 pm to keep our neighbors happy, please move your group inside at 10 pm. Hot tub use from 7 am to 10 pm. Outside portable fire pits/or fires are not permitted.

Receive a $50 card for first-time stay of 4 nights or more.
Must be at least 21 years old to rent this unit.
Please read our rental waiver, release, and indemnification agreement found on the arrival guide under the house manual.
