The access inside Split Crib is through self-check-in and you will find the keys to the house in a dedicated lockbox system before entering the yard gate.

• To avoid injury, please supervise small children inside the house, on internal stairs and in yard areas
• No smoking in the apartment. Please use the terrace to smoke. In case of smoking on the property, a penalty fee of 500 lei will be charged.
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events are allowed
• Please respect the quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 12:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00 ).
• An additional fee will be applied for early check-in or late check-out.
• For stays of more than 10 nights, additional cleaning will be scheduled after the additional payment is completed and will include bed linen, towel and toiletries changes, as well as floor and kitchen vacuuming and mopping.
• If you require an invoice for your stay, please note that we can issue one on request.
• Please note that any damage or loss of belongings will be the responsibility of the guest and will be billed accordingly.
• Completing the accommodation form is mandatory in accordance with GD 237/2001 republished in 2008 in the rules of Article 2 paragraph (5). It is necessary to present a document at check-in. Please complete the check-in form sent in the messages.

To reach the city center of Brasov, you can go by car or Uber, but the best way to discover the city and its vibe from this location is by foot, as all major tourist attractions are within a 30 minutes walking radius. Don’t miss the iconic landmarks that are in the immediate vicinity of the villa such as: The Old City Fortress, The Black Church or Piata Sfatului. In close walking distance to the villa is Drumul Serpentinelor, the trail that leads to the iconic “Brasov” illuminated landmark, located up on the Tampa Hills surrounding the city.
