Spacious and bright house in a quiet residential area, with an outside dining area and a large office space. It's perfect to accomodate 6 people with it' s large open space with a confortable sofa to relax, a fire place, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms; one on the ground floor and the other 2 upstairs. The house is close to the golf and the commodities of Cucq. Pushbikes are available for three adults and one child.

- A bright open space including: a fully equipped kitchen, open to the dining area with a large table, a fireplace and a lounge area with a comfortable sofa.
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a hob, an extractor, a coffee machine and kitchen utensils.
- An office space, with a desk, a cupboard and a dresser which will be kept closed.
- A bright bedroom with a double bed and a sofa.
- A neat bathroom: bathtub, mirror, a sink and a washing machine.
- Separate toilets.


Upstairs:

- A bedroom with a double bed, with a half moon window overlooking the garden.
- A second bedroom with a double bed wiht a small window overlooking the living room.
- A small functional bathroom with a sink, a shower cabin and toilets.
- A third bedroom will be kept locked.


You can also enjoy a garden and outside dinning area. The garden is on a steep hill.
