On the State and National Historic register, this 1880 Victorian mansion offers a beautiful and unique stay in the quaint hamlet of Roxbury, NY. This home sleeps up to 14 people and is comfortably and beautifully appointed with two Living Rooms, a Formal Dining Room, 6 Bedrooms + Den with Queen Fold Out Couch, 4 Full Bathrooms, a Chef's Eat-In Kitchen, Two Screened in Porches, Landscaped Gardens, Blue Stone Patios areas, and a Lap Pool. Perfect for wedding guests and weekend stays.

The space
The gorgeous triple parlor on the first floor features a bright living room with piano, formal dining room, and spacious family room with working fireplace and large TV. A chef’s eat-in kitchen and a full bath complete this floor.

On the second floor, there are four bedrooms (two queen and two double) with comfortable beds, quality linens, and two full baths - one of which is ensuite to one of the bedrooms. There are also two screened-in porches on this floor. Window fans or Portable fans are provided for this floor.

The third floor features two more guest rooms (one double, one queen), another Den/TV room with fold out queen couch, and a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Window AC's are provided for this floor.

Extensive, preserved period detail throughout the home includes multiple pocket doors, exquisite moldings, original original hard wood floors, ornate mantels, bay windows, and more.

The lap pool, landscaped gardens, and outdoor patio dining space make for seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and property during their stay with the exception of a few private rooms and closets which will be locked.
