Guests keep coming back
Many guests say they plan to return, praising the peaceful setting and responsive hosts
Enjoy the fall colors in the Adirondacks. After your first visit, you will want to keep coming back! Relax by the water, fish from the dock, and then have an evening bonfire. You will start to feel stress leaving as you drive up. Dock and boat slip included, and a public boat launch 100ft away. On the snowmobile trail system. Perfect for hiking, fishing, boating, exploring, or a work-cation. Kitchenette with sink, full fridge, microwave, indoor grill, crockpot, etc.
The space
This is a classic rustic Adirondack style cabin on the outside, tastefully updated on the inside. There are 3 separate units in the building, each with separate entrance. We have 4 docks on the property. A large pavilion along the water and a large yard with a firepit.
This is a studio style unit. There is a kitchenette, a queen size bed, and fold down couch or air mattress for extra sleeping. Easy automated check in, high speed wifi, and professionally cleaned. Linens are supplied. We try to provide everything you will need to cook.
The view and access to the water is amazing! It is where the Oswegatchie River meets Cranberry Lake. It is good for fishing, boating, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.
There is space to park a trailer.
This is in a beautiful remote area in the wilderness. One mile from the New York State Ranger School. The building is an Adirondack style cabin. We have modernized much of the inside, and we are constantly improving both the interior and exterior.
Other things to note
There is no cell phone service in the immediate area. We have very strong wifi on the property, so you can use your cell phone or other devices. TVs are equipped with roku for you to sign into your steaming services.

Walk next door and meet the owners at the cafe. Walk into Wanakena and see the suspension bridge, walk the life size Labyrinth, and then stop in at Otto's Abode. Walk to the Ranger School.

Lives in Wooster, Ohio
Our names are Jeff and Amanda. We are parents of 8 amazing children ages 2-17. Family life is very fun and full! We have used Airbnb for travel all over the country because we have outgrown the standard hotel room. Some of our best vacations and memories have been made trying out homes in different locations when we travel. We decided to take many of the things that we have enjoyed in airbnb houses and provide them for other travelers. Raising children with a vision to change the world for good is our focus. We have dreams of doing more traveling to see historical sights, mentoring teenagers, and partnering with mission work locally and around the world.
