Great apartment in a perfect location! The address belongs to the municipality of Calonge, but the area is actually seen as belonging to Playa de Aro.

The fresh, bright, renovated apartment is in a unique location, on the famous beach called "Cala Cap Roig" which stands for red rock. This location, which is very popular with locals and connoisseurs, appears on many postcards of the popular holiday destination ''Platja D'Aro'', as the Catalans pronounce it.

The space
From the private parking, you take the outside stairs and arrive at the building. There you take the internal stairs and go down 1 floor where you enter the apartment. You are immediately in the spacious, bright living room with an adjacent large balcony with furniture from which you can enjoy the unique view of the Mediterranean Sea.

The recently renovated apartment has a well-equipped, neat, open kitchen and a small utility room with washing machine.

In the living room are two doors to the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are for two people and both bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet.

The bustling coastal town of Platja D'Aro is just 100 km from Barcelona and only 35 km from Girona and its airport of the same name. Platja d'Aro, a former fishing village, is now a trendy seaside resort, popular with both national and international visitors. The city offers extensive shopping facilities and countless restaurants, bars and cafes.

Characteristic of this area around the beautiful green Valley of Aro is that all amenities are open all year round. It is not without reason that the municipality uses the number '365' as its logo. There are many cycling routes through the beautiful Catalan countryside, culminating in a very popular cycle path that was once an old train track. Called "El Carrilet", this walking and cycling route starts on the coast and then passes through the medieval village of Castell D'Aro, known for its Benedormien castle and the oldest "living" nativity scene around the Christmas period; and ends in Girona.

Hello, my name is Marisa Kwadijk. When you arrive, me or my colleague who lives close by will do the check-in and we are stand-by during your stay. I am living in The Netherlands but I am often in Spain for my work as a Real Estate Photographer and my Holiday Rental activities. I love the Costa Brava and in particular the beautiful beaches in and around Playa de Aro. Our apartment "San Jorge" is located in one of the most beautiful locations imaginable, on the beach called "Cala Cap Roig" which is known for the beautiful rock that divides the beach in two parts. Throughout the summer there is a cozy Chringquito (beach bar) where you can eat and drink deliciously. Sunbeds and umbrellas are also rented out on this famous beach. A holiday here at this unique location can only be a success. WELCOME :-)
