No use of backyard due to SECOND unit space shares Common wall. Kitchen is lightly furnished for small cooking. Microwave. Toaster. Coffee pot. Wash and Dry in unit. supply room is locked in center of home. We occasionally access thru outside back door. Street parking only. Phone number required for checkin info. NoPetsHighlyAllergic
