The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. Convenient to just about anything. This home is located downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Within 8 minutes Walking to the town square.
And a 10 minute drive to lees ford marina and under 15 minutes to Burnside marina. It is also less than 3 miles to the rural development center.

The space
You will have the entire home to yourself. There is 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a queen size sleeper sofa there is also a twin size sleeper in family room. Two full bath. There is a washer and dryer located in the master bath. There is a gas fire pit and a gas grill outside on the patio along with table, chairs and an umbrella.

Guest access
The property is conveniently located in downtown you can walk to Main Street in minutes. The driveway will hold 3 to 4 vehicles depending on the size there is additional free parking across the street.
