The Bunkhouse is minutes away from Grandfather, Sugar and Beech mountains and conveniently located near Banner Elk and Linville. Enjoy the Wooly Worm Festival in October and golfing, hiking, rafting and various winter activities. Do you have a smaller group who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Appalachians? Our bunkhouse has 12 bunkbeds and 2 kitchens. Come enjoy the fun! However, remember, there are no events or parties allowed at the venue.

The space
15 minutes from Banner Elk, the Spanish Oak Bunkhouse provides 12 bunkbeds, two (2) fully equipped kitchens, three (3) full bathrooms (showers/tubs), internet access, television room, a wood burning fireplace and a wood burning stove (wood provided), a very large yard for outdoor games and activities and gorgeous wrap around deck for everyone to gather while grilling outdoors. Sheets and Bedding are also provided so there is no need to pack ‘everything’ for your mountain adventure!

With the price of the Rental of the BunkHouse, we also include Towels, Bedding (sheets and blankets) and Toiletries (individual soaps, shampoos, etc.) as well as Firewood for the Fireplace and Wood Stove.

We are very close to skiing mountains, GrandFather Mountain, and Beech Mountain.

There is an additional PET FEE of $60.00 if you elect to bring pets. No smoking in the bunkhouse.
