This beautiful, Gated, Oceanside Community is in the perfect location! Oceanside and just a 4 minute walk to the Beach Access and and to just about everything else in Corolla you could want to visit! The Lighthouse, Historic Village, Coffee Shops, 4x4/Wild Horses, Bakery and The Whalehead Club!
Enjoy the 4 fire pits with seating around the outside of the pool!

The space
Walk in the Front door to reveal the amazing fully outfitted kitchen featuring a full suite of stainless-steel appliances including a full-size side by side refrigerate/freezer, dishwasher, disposal, double oven (upgrade), coffee makers and an abundance of shaker style storage cabinets. You will love the impressive 9 foot kitchen Island, with seating for six, covered in a beautiful Corian countertop, perfect for eating, working, zooming, or playing games with your family and friends

Family room features a queen sleeper SECTIONAL and 65 inch (upgrade) smart TV along with games, puzzles and much, much more!!!

Just beyond the family room, you will enjoy a nice sized laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, high chair, pack and play, broom, baby/pet gate and vacuum. Across the hall is a full-size bath (bathtub/shower, Double Sink(upgrade) vanity) which is shared by one of the two KING bedrooms. The Primary King Bedroom has its own private bathroom with glass door showers. Both bedrooms feature comfortable luxurious mattresses, stylish décor, and smart TVs with cable.

Just outside take a quick walk to the beach access to catch a beautiful sunrise or relax on the ground level front porch with plenty of seating where you will enjoy outstanding views of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and Magnificent Sunsets over the Whalehead Club, both are right across the street! In addition, this unit comes with a storage closet packed with goodies for your short walk to the beach RAMP! 4 beach chairs, Beach Cart, COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE (outside) and cooler and 2-26 inch bikes!

The Community Gym is now open! - Daily - 7 am - 9 pm

The Pickle Ball Courts are now open! Reserve in "Cabana Rental/PickleBall" Information that will be sent to you before your reserved dates. 8 am - 7 pm (last reservation at 7 pm)

The Community Salt Water Pool is open May - October. 9 am - Dark.

The Salty Rim, the restaurant on the edge of the Community opened June 7th, 2024!

If you’d like to start your vacation earlier than Check In time, you may rent a Pool Cabana and get early access to the Pool for the day! Information on Cabanas and making a Reservation will be sent to you before your reservation begins.

Your Keyless Entry code will begin granting access at this time.
Check-Out is 10am.
Check Out Information will be sent to you the day before your Check Out and is also in the Welcome Book in the Cottage.

Check out the Famous Whalehead Club, the Maritime Museum, Wildlife Museum, Currituck Lighthouse, Kind Cup Coffeehouse, Locals Fave Beer Garden, Ropes Course, NEW playground directly across the street, Corolla BBQ, Corolla Bookstore, the 100+ year old Schoolhouse, Library, Corolla Chapel, Corolla Wild Horse Fund and more. As you will see, there is plenty to do here!

LOOKING for More than 2 bedrooms?...we have more! We have made arrangements with 3 other units to book our Cottages together when they are all available. Enjoy the privacy of your immediate family at bedtime while playing with your friends and additional family during the day.! This option allows you to book up to 10 bedrooms for the same time period.
