Boho Bungalow places you within easy walking distance of Magnolia Market, the Dr Pepper Museum just across the street, and many of downtown Waco’s best shops and restaurants. You’ll also be close to the Waco Suspension Bridge and have views toward McLane Stadium. Baylor University is nearby, and the stadium shuttle picks up just two blocks from the building, making it easy to get around without needing your car. Families can also enjoy nearby attractions like the Mayborn Museum and Cameron Park Zoo.
The Condo
This studio condo offers a comfortable and stylish space for your Waco getaway. The open layout includes a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances and everything needed for meals or coffee in the morning. The living and sleeping area is designed for relaxation, with comfortable bedding and a cozy setup that makes it easy to unwind after a day out.
One of the standout features is the luxury shower with dual shower heads, offering a spa-like experience. From the fifth floor, you’ll enjoy elevated views of downtown Waco, including the skyline, Suspension Bridge, and surrounding area. It’s the perfect place to start your day with sunrise views or wind down in the evening.
About the Behrens Building
The Behrens Lofts were originally built in 1913 for the Behrens Drug Company as a fireproof concrete structure and are one of the few buildings to withstand the 1953 Waco tornado. Today, the building blends its industrial history with modern loft living. As with most downtown locations, guests may occasionally hear normal city activity.
Long-term stays are welcome.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.
The Coffee Machine is a Keurig & we do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay. We also have a conventional coffee maker.
Families - we do have a pack 'n play.
TV is a 55" UHD 4K Samsung curved.
This is a downtown location. Occasionally you will hear the train two blocks away and other noises associated with a downtown area.
Must be 21 or older to book. Verification of ID required. Will make exceptions for first responders, active duty military and newlyweds.
