The space
The house is located in Hudson Valley & Berkshires, with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. The house is in proximity to many great towns, shops & restaurants. Check out Great Barrington, Hudson, Tivoli, Germantown, Kingston, Philmont, Millerton, Chatam, Lee, among many other towns during your stay. In our guidebook, we list the best spots.

Guest access
Guests have complete access to the entire home as well as lake access and boats/canoes for summer months and ice skating/fishing in winter months.

Take amazing hikes a few minutes away at the Jug End State Reservation and Wildlife Preserve or drive up to Bash Bish falls in Mt. Washington and hike the picturesque waterfall.

The house is adjacent to Ski Butternut and Ski Catamount for winter sports enthusiasts, as well at Catamount Aerial Adventure Park, ropes course available for summer into fall. Just a quick 10 minutes to the center of Great Barrington, this location is close to all major Berkshire events and venues!

The house is on a very kid and dog friendly lake with no motorized boats over 10mph, and many families that take advantage of the private beaches and floating docks. Please note that the property is partially fenced, not fully fenced if you plan to bring your pup.

Approximately 2 hours from NYC or 30 minutes from the Wassaic train station.

You'll be able to access the entire house and land/property.

Check-in time is 3pm / Check-out time is anytime before 10am.

Our lawn mower service comes automatically on every other Tuesday morning. You do not need to interact with them they are in & out within 1 hour.

We snow plow when needed.

Pack n plays and other kid friendly items are available upon request.

During your stay, you will have the property and house to yourself, we will not be there. However, we will always be available throughout your stay with any questions on Airbnb messenger.

2nd bedroom is a lofted space and home is best for a couple with loft space for child above age 10-12... or someone who doesn't mind a comfortable bed with a low ceiling height.
