The Oleander Cottage is the upstairs DUPLEX and is located in Historic Downtown Pensacola, nestled in the north end of the Downtown Business District.
It was built in 1898-1903 during the Victorian era and updated in 1998, in such a way as to maintain its historic integrity. It is in walking distance to everything downtown including restaurants, shops, museums, art galleries, the Bay Center, and churches. Easy access to the beach and shopping malls.

The space
The house is a duplex. Guests enjoy the upstairs portion. Enter through the blue door to the main private entrance into the foyer that leads to upstairs. It has 3 bedrooms with one queen-size bed in each room. Two large, full bathrooms, full kitchen and large dining room, living room, washer and dryer, and balcony. All separate and private.

Guest access
Guests have two completely private, separate entrances into the house, front door and back door. Please enter and exit the front door only. The back door is for emergency only.
