Enjoy a relaxing family getaway at this peaceful lakefront retreat on the beautiful shores of Lake Macquarie. With a sparkling pool, private jetty, mooring, and lake views from almost every room, Biraban Lakefront offers space, comfort, and stunning scenery for an unforgettable holiday with family and friends.

The space
Perfect for two families, Biraban Lakefront is a near new four bedroom, three bathroom absolute waterfront home set across two levels.

Enjoy a luxury holiday with the whole family whether they come on two legs or four!

- Featuring direct lake access with private jetty fitted with a ladder and mooring. Perfect for swimming and boating (BYO fenders). Note the boatshed is not included in the rental and will be locked

- Sparkling in-ground pool with sun loungers and seating

- Upstairs you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, butlers pantry, open plan living and dining, balcony and second lounge room.

- Downstairs there is a self contained suite with bedroom, ensuite and kitchenette. Entry to the apartment is via external access.

- Comfortably sleeps 8 adults. This can be extended to a maximum of 11 guests with trundle beds for up to 3 children. Please see below for the sleeping arrangements.

- Top level air conditioned throughout and bedrooms with ceiling fans

- Linen, bath & pool towels and kitchen essentials are provided.

- Dog friendly. Please enquire before booking

- Secure fences and gates for dogs and little ones including the stairs

- Fenced grass lawn with stairs down to the bottom deck and jetty

- Webber BBQ

- Pod coffee machine (aldi)

- Blue tooth speakers

- Plenty of off street parking for cars and boats

- Guest room 1 - Master suite, king bed and ensuite

- Guest room 2 - Kids room, single bunk beds plus a single bed with a trundle bed suitable for a small child only

- Guest room 3 - Queen bed

- Guest room 4 - Self contained apartment, queen bed, single bed, ensuite and kitchenette

Guests will not have access to the garage or boat shed, there is plenty of off street parking on the driveway for cars and boats.

**Before you contact us please be aware we have a max occupancy of 8 adults. We do allow up to 11 guests in the house however 3 of the beds are suitable for small children only.**

Guest limits are firm, please do not bring extra guests. Our insurance only covers up to 11 guests which only 8 can be adults.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house including the pool, backyard and jetty. The boathouse next to the jetty, kayaks and the garage will be locked and not for guests use.
