Magnolia Falls is named after the big leaf magnolia trees and the nearby waterfalls on the Peddlers Fork stream. The peaceful and relaxing sounds can be enjoyed year round from the front porch as the stream flows over the rocks and gushes toward the deep gorge below.

This tranquil setting sits on 60 acres surrounded by woods with walking trails. You have access to the entire 2nd floor, porches and outdoor area. The first floor isn't rented or occupied; you have the property to yourself.

The space
Nestled in the woods off a country road, back a private drive with a canopy of trees, you will find Magnolia Falls! Just minutes from Muir Valley, Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge is this beautiful home in such a unique and tranquil setting. The house is a modernized replica of a family home built in the late 1800s. Every timber, beam, piece of tin, and rock has a story. Many pieces were taken from the old home place artfully and beautifully placed with the help of the Amish and local craftsmen.
You will lose yourself in the deep aroma of the wood, the fresh country air, and the serene sounds of the nearby waterfalls. You may have the pleasure of watching wildlife (birds, squirrels, deer, turkey) during your stay. You will definitely want to spend some time just enjoying the property as you have the entire place to yourself. Check out the walking trails and get a closer look at the waterfalls, and enjoy everything nature has to offer on this beautiful property.

The entire second floor of the home is yours for a remarkable experience. This marvelous space easily accommodates 6 with 2 bedrooms which have access to an upstairs balcony, a sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen, oversized bathroom, laundry room, huge back porch, fire-pit, grill, and a front porch for you to sit and relax.

Guest access
Located just minutes from Muir Valley, Red River Gorge, Natural Bridge State Park, Red Point Barbeque, Hemlock Springs wedding venue, Cliffview Resort, etc. The area offers many attractions: trails for hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip-lines, sight-seeing, horseback riding, restaurants, and much more.

The home is conveniently situated on our 60 acre farm just off a quiet paved country road with a private gravel driveway. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV's with Hulu+Live, Disney+, Peacock, Tubi and Netflix, central heating and air, fire pit, grill, washer/dryer, fresh linens and towels, and bathroom essentials.
