Alperi Farm is a newly built private farm house in Amadeo, Cavite sitting in a 2,000sqm lot area.

The farm house has a sala, full kitchen, 3 bedroom, 2 t&b, patio, indoor and outdoor dining area, and 6 car parking space.

Our amenities are swimming pool, gym, theater room, arcade, ps4, 300mbps fibre wifi, tree house with playground, bonfire area, and lots of garden spaces.

As of September 15, our theater room and arcade (Basketball, hammer, arcade machine, airplane, ps4 has been updated)

We recently opened our mini-farm home to family friends/guests to share the experience of a nurturing retreat and a breezy weather not far from the Metro.

Alperi Farm is located at Minantok West Amadeo, Cavite and is only a few minutes away from Tagaytay City.

The lot area of our property is 2000sqm while the house is 250sqm with Master Bedroom and 2 guest room The property is equipped with an infinity pool, pool lounge, gym, theater, arcade room, billiard table, indoor & outdoor dining, dart, dirty kitchen, griller, 200mbps pldt fibre wifi, 8 car garage parking area, shower heater, bon fire pit area, tree house with deck, bird sactuary and lots of open garden spaces.

We have a in-house caretaker living inside the property with separate caretaker house.
