Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish adults only space, dog friendly, walking distance to the beach. Stand up paddle boarding is popular in the area, central for walking, cycling holidays. Great local pubs and restaurants. Private space with onsite parking, outside space. Quiet residential area.
The space
Private and off street secure parking. Double doors open into a sleek and modern fitted kitchen with all amenities, pots, pans flatware, tea, coffee etc for a brew when you arrive. Microwave, fast boil kettle, oven and induction hob.
A small step up into the living/sleeping area brings you to a stylish area with original art from one of the hosts, Lee, and the reason the holiday let is called The Studio. This was originally a building converted from a double garage into a studio space for photographer Lee and subsequently upgraded to living accommodation.
This area houses a leather sofa, tv, small round two seater dining table and a four poster bed with memory foam mattress and a mix of soft and orthopaedic pillows. To the right of the bed is a small fold up/down desk and stool if you want to do any work or ideally situated by the window for good light and make up application. From this area you are guided to a contemporary bathroom with black electric shower, large walk in enclosure and heated towel rail.
Other art in the building is provided by a close artist friend, Vicki Shortt and all art is available to purchase along with branded aprons as a memento of your stay.
