Bespoke, spacious shepherds hut in the idyllic village of Powerstock, Dorset. Powerstock was rated as among the “20 most beautiful villages in the UK and Ireland” by Condé Nast Traveler in 2020. The Warren is tucked away in a peaceful valley surrounded by wildlife. Just a few minutes walk to two excellent pubs and 10 minutes drive to the World Heritage Site Jurassic Coast, the town of Bridport, West Bay Harbour. Lyme Regis is just 15 miles from us. We have a perfect location peaceful & relaxing.

The space
Hidden away on our 18 acre smallholding, Dorset Valley Glamping at Rabbit Catchers Farm. With the occasional nosey ponies and sheep popping up to say hello.
We have 2 Shepherds Huts here.

The Warren is very spacious, the perfect way to enjoy glamping, with a well equipped kitchenette, scrumptious king size bed a good nights sleep is guaranteed! Two comfortable armchairs with a beautiful view. A tv, Electric hob, combo microwave/oven. Fridge with a freezer compartment. A rainfall shower, basin and WC. Underfloor heating throughout keeps the hut at a comfortable temperature. Free wifi.

You’ll find a little basket of local produce, a gift from us. No doubt you’ll quickly spot the marshmallows, we hope you enjoy toasting them on the fire pit.

Fresh white bedding and towels provided. Extra blankets are in the storage box for chilly evenings in front of the fire.
The area outside the hut is all yours to enjoy, it gets the sun from morning to night.

Enjoy the luxurious, private hot tub for an additional £25 for the duration of your stay.
Dogs are welcome for an additional £20 payment can be made on arrival. *We do ask that dogs are kept off the bed. If you’d like your dog to sleep with you please bring your own bedding. If you can let us know so we can leave the bed stripped.*

The field in front of the hut belongs to us, head in either direction and you’ll find yourself at a pub in just a few minutes! The best part is they are both downhill on the way home!!

You’ll see plenty of wildlife deers.. white ones surround us, hedgehogs, pheasants, foxes, ducks, birds of prey, a kingfisher was spotted recently! Woodpeckers hard at work first thing and if you are quiet owls will put on a show for you at dusk!

All our animals are our pets and are very friendly they enjoy attention. Once you start fussing them I’m afraid you’ll struggle to leave. If you’d like to meet the animals then contact Nat.
