2. No food/drinks in the pool
3. No smoking inside the house/comfort room
4. Please always keep the kitchen clean
5. Wash the dishes before checking out
6. Dispose garbage in the trash bin properly
7. Do Not use the Premises for any Illegal Activity.
8. Kindly Follow Pool Rules for Safety.
9. We Appreciate you not entering the house wet after having used the swimming Pool.
10. Turn all the Lights Off, Air Condition Off and Electrical Appliances Off when not in use or away.
11. Damages and lost keys exceeding the security deposit amount will be settled by the Guest.
12. Respect Check-out time unless discussed with the Host in advance.
13. The management will have no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss due to any cause.

POOL GUIDELINES

1. The pool is 4ft-5ft deep max
2. Shower first before entering the pool
3. No diving & running around the perimeter of the pool
4. No footwears inside the pool
5. No food & drinks
6. Children below 12 years old must be supervised at all times
7. The guests uses the swimming pool at his/her own responsibilty
8. The management will not be liable for injuries or damages of the guests.
9. The pool switch must be turned ON while in use.
10. NO pets allowed inside the pool
