Reconnect with nature at this hidden gem nestled in a retired apple orchard between two of NY’s most historic lakes, Lake George and Champlain. Enjoy exploring our 100 acres that overlooks Champlain, and relax with a campfire. We’re minutes from boat launches on each lake. Safely park and charge your boat right at the house as there’s plenty of space for 3-4 trucks/trailers. We are “disconnected”, but are within the Verizon service area if needed. Bed accommodations can be tailored to your need.

Studio/open area. Pool table added to general area. Privacy screens to segregate sleeping area. Bed accommodations are 2 twin beds (2 people), a king bed (2 people), a futon that converts to queen size bed (2 people), and a full size air mattress (1-2 people). Outdoor power source and plenty of parking for your boat or trailer.
