THE MANOR sits back off a county road in the heart of Amish country surrounded by beautiful views of farmland! It's ideally suited for tranquil gatherings with family & friends, retreats and/or business outings.
Amenities include: WI-FI, outdoor heated pool/hot tub, grill + firepit! Located just 10 mins. to Middlebury, 15 mins. to Shipshewana & 30 miles from Notre Dame. *Ask about an experience with our herd of miniature horses (additional expense).* ** Note: NO House Parties Allowed**

The space
We have a total of 6 bedrooms, all featuring queen-sized beds. Three bedrooms have just a single queen situated in them, while the other three bedrooms include 2 queens. Spacious closets can be found in or just outside of every bedroom.

One of the bedrooms upstairs is the master with 2 queens.

2 full baths upstairs (1 is a Master), both with double-vanity sinks.
1 half bathroom and 1 full bath downstairs

There are 2 gorgeous dining spaces right near to the spacious kitchen. Each features a table that seats 10.

Two beautifully decorated living + family rooms with views of the pool/surrounding farmland. Each features a Roku TV and seats 7-9 comfortably.

The back patio areas are accessible via the kitchen or back living room/den area. The heated outdoor pool & hot tub, grill and fire-pit area are in the backyard for you to enjoy as well!

Guest access
The Manor is situated adjacent to the Historic Meadow Brook Farm, which includes 2 wedding venues (with acreage in between them). Guests will have access to the main & upper levels of The Manor house, pool & patio areas as well as the immediate grassy area surrounding the house. Guests DO NOT have access to the horse barn at the back of property without permission, the attached garage or "The Stable" (smaller venue located to the East of The Manor) unless your group has rented that venue as well.

Other things to note
The Manor has been curated to offer rest, relaxation, and meaningful connection with friends and family.

*Per AIRBNB Policy, we are NOT ALLOWED to host parties or gatherings of any kind that exceed the number of guests in your reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Guests that are booking in tandem with our wedding venues will need to make other arrangements for rehearsal dinners or after parties that aren’t AT THE MANOR HOUSE.

Pool & hot tub are available seasonally.

* The guest that books IS the point person for your group and is held responsible for the care of The Manor for the duration of the reservation. Please make sure your group is aware of the following:

* OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS start at 11pm.
* NO DRINKING OR SMOKING in or around the pool area.
* Please keep any music playing at a respectful level: we want to make sure we respect our neighbors.
* NO SMOKING inside the house or around the pool/hot tub.
* Please make sure to keep windows and doors closed to help regulate temps in house & keep flies out.

We are located 30 miles from Notre Dame campus/stadium. We live in Amish Country, so it doesn’t take long to find yourself some delicious Amish homemade fare nearby.

Downtown Goshen (10 mins) has coffee shops and great eateries!

Shipshewana (15 mins) is close by as well, providing several days worth of shops to peruse & enjoy!

Middlebury (10mins) has the Essenhaus (donuts, shops, and restaurants) and fun local shops like Joyfully Said and The Mustard Seed Marketplace. It also has a very cute coffee shop as well: The Legendary Grind 💚
