Great opportunity to stay within walking distance to the beach. This 2 story condo has one large bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a pull out couch in the family room so you can sleep 4-5 people. This property is located across from the neighborhood pool and walking distance to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The famous Northside Park is located a short walk away which includes, parks, walking pathways, outdoor gym, and ball fields. There is also a nice outdoor balcony over looking the pool.
