The interior design uses earthy tones, where the log walls and other details give a distinctive atmosphere. The apartment has its own magnificent movie theater and a spacious, renovated sauna area. We recommend booking the outdoor hot tub in advance to complete the unique experience!

The space
Kalliokuura Suite is located at the end of a renovated former school, with its own private entrance and parking space.
The air-conditioned space has a small, simple kitchen. You can prepare simple meals there. The kitchenette includes a sink and faucet, refrigerator, oven, small stove, microwave, frying pan, pot, cooking and dining utensils, and dishes for four people. There is no dishwasher in this space. The dishes are washed by hand.

For an extra fee, we will heat up the outdoor hot tub for four people, which is wonderful to dive into after the sauna.

The property is located in the countryside near a forest 1.5 kilometers from the highway and 19 kilometers from the city center.

We have booked a Luxury class rental car for our guests. Car rental starts at €90/day. The service includes airport pickup for €40 (or train station pickup for €30) and transportation to our destination (max. 4 people). Ask if the car is available and we'll arrange it for you!

(One-way taxi ride to the destination from the center of Rovaniemi costs €30 through us)

Gym and laundry room also available in addition to private spaces. There is a hot tub outside the suite, which can be rented from us. We fill and heat it for an additional fee.

▪In the cinema, movies are played on a 4K blueray player, for which you can also bring your own DVD and Blue ray movies. The equipment also includes a PS5 console that allows you to view the content of the streaming service.

▪︎ It is advisable to book the hot tub in advance (for an additional fee). We will heat the hot tub for you and you can use it throughout your stay.

▪︎The building is an old school, which comprises a total of 1700m².

▪There is no restaurant or café in the hostel. The kitchenette in the suite has simple cooking utensils, dishes and basic spices. Unfortunately, we can't offer meals to our guests. A larger kitchen can be found in the shared spaces of the building and is freely available to all our guests.

▪The suite is not completely soundproofed from other spaces, so you may hear sounds from the gym during your stay. However, our hostel is peaceful and is usually very quiet.

▪The property is located in a modest, quiet residential area with private residential buildings and a few slightly dilapidated hall buildings. The courtyard road may also be in poor condition in some places. There is no comprehensive outdoor lighting in the area, but the inn itself is also well lit from the outside.
