A beautiful spacious 126m2 modern 3 bedroom apartment (4½ pieces) with parquet floor and underfloor heating suitable for max 6 people. Located on the first floor, the expansive south facing balcony of 50m2 offers stunning panoramic views with outside dining table & reclining deck chairs. A beautiful fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining and living room of around 50m2.
Located in the centre of Leysin with supermarkets, shops & restaurants within walking distance. Only 700m from ski lift.

The space
We think this is the best holiday apartment available in Leysin!
It is warm, bright & spacious and your car will not be buried in snow.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Two twin bedrooms with family bathroom in between.
Open well-equipped kitchen (including fondue set and raclette).
South facing living room with a large television with 100+ international channels & Netflix/Prime/Disney (must use own account to access content), and access to the balcony.

There is also a large ski locker to store skis and boots on floor "-1".

Guest access
There is underground parking for 1 car. There is further free parking just outside near Coop car park for extra cars.

There is a lift to the apartment allowing wheelchair direct access from the underground carpark, so access couldn't be easier.

Wheelchair access to all areas of apartment except showers.

This is a No-smoking, No-Vaping apartment.
Please take shoes off inside apartment.
This is a quiet apartment- no parties or loud noise. Please be very quiet between 2200-0800.
