Enjoy Lake LBJ from our quiet cove, 10 minutes from Marble Falls. Public park within walking distance, across from the property, has free boat launch. Bring your boat, use our slip, and get out on the lake because "It's 5:00 somewhere!"

The space
Sprawling ranch home with large shady yard and sunny beach on a quiet cove of Lake LBJ with plenty of parking. Some pets welcome with $100+tax, per pet fee and prior approval. NOTE: 3 KING BEDS BUT 1 KING BED IS MURPHY BED IN DINING ROOM (NOT TRULY A BEDROOM). ALSO BUNKHOUSE ROOM IS ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY GOING OUTSIDE ON BACK DECK. IT IS NOT ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE MAIN HOUSE; IT HAS ITS OWN SEPARATE ENTRANCE FROM OUTSIDE. Bunkhouse has AC, but no heat; may be chilly in winter.

RV HOOKUP; WE ALSO HAVE A 50 AMP RV HOOKUP AND PAD THAT CAN BE USED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $75 PER NIGHT; PLEASE INQUIRE.

Guest access
Whole house, 1 slip at dock, yard, outside driveway parking area are all accessible to guests, however the garage is not for guest’s use. Note our 2nd boat slip with the Cobalt boat is not for guests to use/access; please do not board/lower/mess with the 2nd slip or boat in it. Thank you!

Other things to note
Please read the manual with the Granite Shoals regulations upon arrival to the home. It contains important details such as:
Trash & recycle must be at curb on Tuesday mornings.
No fireworks or firearms allowed.
No parking on street per city ordinance.
Some pets welcome with prior approval & $100+tax, per pet fee. All pets must be leashed per city ordinance.
CHILDREN OF ALL AGES ARE WELCOME, HOWEVER MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES, AS THIS HOME IS NOT BABY/CHILDPROOF. LIFE VESTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR ALL CHILDREN IN AND AROUND THE WATER.
Grill is charcoal; please bring your own charcoal.
Bring your own firewood for fire pit and/or fireplace.
