Perdido Dunes was fully renovated following hurricane Sally with new paint, new furniture, etc!
This condo is a recent 2021 renovation!
Designated parking space in front of steps [parking pass is in the unit.]
Two bedroom, two bath, spacious condo. This condo is perfect for couples, families, or girls get away.
Washer/Laundry on site.
Located near the Gulf restaurant, The Florabama, etc!

The space
The space
We have a king size bed in master, a queen and a single in guest bedroom and a pack and play if needed. Our kitchen is fully equipped, all linens are provided. We have a W/D , 3 TVs, and WIFI. We have beach toys and games. We are in walking distance to restaurants and shops. 20 minutes to Pensacola Air Museum [home of Blue Angels] close to State Park with miles of hiking and biking trails.

Guest access
Our check in is after 3 p.m. but you do not have to worry if you arrive later since access is by keys that are in a lock box on front door. You will be given the code ahead of your arrival. Check out is at 11 a.m. We are just a phone call away if you have any needs or questions.

Our new pool and beach boardwalk were just completed in January 2024! Other public beach access is a close 4 min. drive east to Gulf State Park - Alabama Point East (they also have public restrooms and a parking pass is required)
