The space
In quiet nature just north of SkiStar Sälen's largest ski area, with Lindvallen's range of slopes and amusement within 2.5 km and only 25 minutes drive away from Sälen's new airport, is this new area - Norra Fjällvyn.
Two-storey house with 4 bedrooms (total of 11 beds + 3 cots), 104 m², living room with kitchen area and fireplace, 1 shower, 2 WC, sauna, charger for your electric car, built in 2022. Child-proof with gates on stairs and slip protection on stairs. There are also 3 high chairs available and 3 travel cots for children.
Just outside, the snowmobile trails & tracks go for cross-country skiing.
Social & Nature-inspired Couples & Attefallshus
We find the entrance on the respective short side to create a private feeling and maximize hours of sun on terraces that are coated both on the front and back. Inside, great importance has been placed on creating a social house while private parts have not been forgotten.
Cleaning
For everyone's enjoyment, each tenant pays SEK 1,000 directly at the time of booking in the cleaning fee. That way, we can guarantee cleanliness for every new guest, compared to houses where you have to clean yourself, which is often not available upon check out. However, there are regardless of house rules that must be followed, sent separately when booking.
Open plan
The semi-detached houses therefore have an open-plan social living area and living room. Here you also have double yard height with large lavish window sections that frame the beautiful nature. You are completely unattended and your only neighbor in the field of vision is the mountain.
Imagine sitting in front of the fire after a lovely day in the slopes or for that part the cross-country or snowmobile tracks and gaze out over the mountains under a starry sky. The homes simply have everything you want in a mountain home; maximized windows for an incredible view, social areas for the family to hang out and a sauna overlooking the mountains for a private moment in the heat.
Entrance
The entrance of the home opens up to the house's bedroom on the lower floor and the bathroom. The ground floor heating provides granite ceramics with a welcoming warmth and you here place for pleasant hall furniture.
Kitchen
The family kitchen and living room interact in an open-plan with no bounding walls. Here you get in maximum with light from the large window sections that give a feeling that the mountain view is part of the living room. Grocery and kitchen accessories will have plenty of room and the countertop can accommodate several chefs who help, while you can hang out with the rest of the family in the open floor plan. The double ceiling height gives a feeling of space and that the window sections come with up to the ridge so you can fully behold a starry sky from your sofa. The fireplace is centrally located and can be enjoyed from both dining and living room area.
Bedrooms 1 & 2
The architects have worked on the floor plan to bring in several bedrooms in a way that it does not take over from the social areas. When we are in the mountains, we want to focus on the important things as family, relaxation and activities. Therefore, these bedrooms are well planned in their sizes and allow a total of 8 beds. The first
bedroom you meet in the hallway, is the house's second largest bedroom with room for a double bed. The room also has practical storage under the stairs. Entrance level also has a smaller bedroom with bunk bed.
Bathroom
The bathroom can be found on the entry level with spacious shower and sober decor. Floors and walls are lined with durable and beautiful granite ceramics in gray shade. Next to this bathroom you will find the house technical room/laundry room. We've added a drying cabinet and she's to simplify cleaning of equipment and clothes after a long day of activities. On level 2, the architects have added a WC with sinks adjacent to the bedrooms. This is so that the family holiday time in the seal is to be enjoyable without lines for the toilet visits.
Upstairs you will find another living room with a glass railing towards the double height of the ceiling that allows for a fantastic view through the windows that extend up to the top. Here the children can play separately with while the adults can continue to enjoy a longer dinner with company. There is also a sofa bed.
As accommodation in the VIEW, you will be spoilt for choice with materials and features that are far above standard for new production. All apartments have:

Other things to note
The house will be controlled electronically via Yale Doorman, new code will be created for each stay. The system is connected to alarms, fire and video (only used for burglaries or similar). Cleaning is done by an external cleaning company (each guest is expected to clean).
