Villa Mons, located in Norra Fjällvyn - a new area beautifully situated in still nature north of Sälen's largest ski area, with Lindvallen's range of slopes and amusements within 3 km and only a 25 min drive to Sälen's new airport. In this place, the tranquility and experience is the important thing, Villa Mons is a refuge from the stressful everyday life and is designed to create warmth and quiet along with nature as the closest neighbor. The space
In quiet nature just north of SkiStar Sälen's largest ski area, with Lindvallen's range of slopes and amusement within 2.5 km and only 25 minutes drive away from Sälen's new airport, is this new area - Norra Fjällvyn.

Two-storey house with 4 bedrooms (total of 11 beds + 3 cots), 104 m², living room with kitchen area and fireplace, 1 shower, 2 WC, sauna, charger for your electric car, built in 2022. Child-proof with gates on stairs and slip protection on stairs. There are also 3 high chairs available and 3 travel cots for children.

Just outside, the snowmobile trails & tracks go for cross-country skiing.

Cleaning

Kitchen

The family kitchen and living room interact in an open-plan with no bounding walls. Here you get in maximum with light from the large window sections that give a feeling that the mountain view is part of the living room. Grocery and kitchen accessories will have plenty of room and the countertop can accommodate several chefs who help, while you can hang out with the rest of the family in the open floor plan. The double ceiling height gives a feeling of space and that the window sections come with up to the ridge so you can fully behold a starry sky from your sofa. The fireplace is centrally located and can be enjoyed from both dining and living room area.

Bedrooms 1 & 2

The architects have worked on the floor plan to bring in several bedrooms in a way that it does not take over from the social areas. When we are in the mountains, we want to focus on the important things as family, relaxation and activities. Therefore, these bedrooms are well planned in their sizes and allow a total of 8 beds. The first
bedroom you meet in the hallway, is the house's second largest bedroom with room for a double bed. The room also has practical storage under the stairs. Entrance level also has a smaller bedroom with bunk bed.

Bathroom

The bathroom can be found on the entry level with spacious shower and sober decor. Floors and walls are lined with durable and beautiful granite ceramics in gray shade. Next to this bathroom you will find the house technical room/laundry room. We've added a drying cabinet and she's to simplify cleaning of equipment and clothes after a long day of activities. On level 2, the architects have added a WC with sinks adjacent to the bedrooms. This is so that the family holiday time in the seal is to be enjoyable without lines for the toilet visits.
