This 380 square foot cottage is located in a very lively and safe neighborhood just minutes from downtown Durham. Walk one mile on the Ellerbe creek trail to downtown!

The cottage is located on a quite cul-de-sac in historic Trinity Park. The Ellerbe Creek Trail is a greenway located at the end of the street that provides a great way to walk downtown, about 1 mile. The street consists of 1940's single family bungalows all with beautiful trees and gardens.
