Located in the village of Charlemont, just one mile away from one of the region's favorite ski/mountain biking resorts, Berkshire East, is this charming apartment. Located on the second floor of the Wells Country Store, which was built in 1845 is a spacious, completely renovated, two-bedroom apartment. Come here for your country getaway and use this space as your launching pad for outdoor adventures. Hiking, fishing, white water rafting, skiing and so much more are right outside your door.

The space
A spacious two bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a commercial building in downtown. The first floor is Wells Provisions.
The Main bedroom has large closet, king size bed and 60" tv. Second bedroom has comfortable queen bed. Their is separate sleeping nook with a twin bed and curtains for privacy. The living room and dining room are open concept. The dining room has a spacious table with seating for at least six. The living room features a sofa and two chairs, as well as a TV. The kitchen, like everything else is newly renovated and has plenty of counter space for cooking meals. It features a dishwasher, french door fridge, stove/oven with air-fry option, and counter with four stools. The bathroom has a large tub/shower, new vanity, stylish tiles floors and plenty of towels. The utility/laundry room has high capacity washer and dryer.

Parking is available in the parking lot behind the building. Good to note that there is also one other apartment in this building - Apartment A.

Our family moved from our beloved city of New Orleans to Charlemont, MA, in the Berkshires. We've traded humidity for skis and opened Wells Provisions, a pop-up cafe & catering business. We've been Airbnb hosts since 2013 and are continuing by renting the beautiful two bedroom apartment over our store. This area is perfect for outdoor activities with Berkshire East, just a mile down the road. There is also great fishing and rafting almost literally right out the door.
