Paid parking is available in the building, and you’ll enjoy central air/heat, in-building laundry and elevator access.

The open-plan living area features beautiful modern furniture, a flat screen TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern amenities. We have updated to Gigabit wifi!
Peachtree Towers Condos are perfect for business travelers, weekend adventurers, families, or a couples get away and this condo has a flexible layout with a king bed in the spacious bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living area and a twin roll away bed for additional guests. The bathroom features beautiful upgrades with new fittings and a large walk-in shower. You’ll enjoy a peaceful nights sleep when you choose this luxurious condo for your stay in Atlanta.

You’re within walking distance to Atlanta’s top attractions including Americas Mart, Peachtree Center, CNN Center, Georgia World Congress Center, the Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena, Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Fox Theater, Tabernacle and endless restaurants and entertainment venues. Peachtree Towers has no onsite parking. You will need to use one of the many paid public lots/garages that around the building. Even if you don’t have a car, getting around Atlanta is easy! An Important Covid-19 Update
Keeping our guests safe is our top priority and we have enhanced our cleaning process to align with the new Covid-19 guidelines to ensure you’ll enjoy a safe stay when you book one of our downtown Atlanta condos. Each rental is deep cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to arrival with special attention given to high-touch surfaces.
Other things to note
Heat & Air Conditioning; This building is ran on a central heating & air system. The building controls the thermostat, not the individual condos. It is either on heat, or air, depending on the season. Inside the rooms there are AC units. If you open the lid on top of them, inside will be a knob that will let you choose a low, medium, or high setting for the air flow.
No smoking, pets, parties, or loud noises. A fine will be issued if the concierge is called to the unit for any of these reasons. This is a residential condominium so please respect your neighbors. If there is an emergency please call the host as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Check in is 4 PM and Check out is 11 AM unless previously discussed with host.
