Era o ano de 1940, nosso avô acreditou em Ipanema. Construiu o Edifício “16 de Outubro", onde era a antiga casa de praia de seus pais. Em 2000 minha mãe decidiu reformar seus apartamentos e adaptarlos aos novos tempos e receber viajantes.
Nossos apartamentos são o resultado de um trabalho de quatro gerações, o ultimo degrau de todo este trabalho é o meu junto a meu marido, como Host no Airbnb.

Para receber viajantes, acredito que é importante ser viajante.
Em Londres conheci meu marido e fiz muitos amigos, em Madrid nasceram meus filhos e fiz grandes amigos.

Depois de 14 anos na Espanha, de volta ao Brasil, junto à minha mãe fazemos o possível para que nossos apartamentos sejam uma solida base para curtir o Rio.

Os apartamentos estão todos no mesmo prédio, com características parecidas e mesmos serviços. Diferenciam-se pela decoração e alguns chegam a ser um pouco maiores, o que justifica uma diferença de preços.

Contamos também com uma pequena equipe de pessoas maravilhosas que nos ajudam na manutenção, limpeza, organização o que nos permite oferecer um serviço de qualidade.
