The space
Our cottage, nestled within Boucherie Beach Resort's gated community, is designed to suit different vacation styles. It can comfortably accommodate a MAXIMUM OF 6 ADULTS or older teens, or 8 guests including children. With 35 modern, detached beach-house-style cottages centered around a lush lawn, heated pool, and hot tub, the resort offers an exclusive and welcoming environment. Whether you're looking for a personal family retreat or a lively friends' gathering, the options are endless.

Need extra space for a larger group? Rent additional cottages at Boucherie Beach Resort, where friends and family can come together to create amazing memories together. Children can freely run from cottage to cottage, engaging with peers from different families. Alternatively, opt to vacation on your own, allowing your children the joy of meeting new friends, all within your view from the veranda. Relax with a glass of wine on the comfortable couch, watching them play, a true parenting win! Boucherie Beach Resort's unique design in the Okanagan Valley means no elevators or long walks to the pool — just step outside and enjoy!

Cottage #18 stands out in the coveted back row with its LARGER Lake House 2 floor plans and straight-on VIEWS of the lake from both indoor and outdoor spaces and vineyard views from secondary bedrooms. Hide from the intense Okanagan sun with excellent SHADE COVERAGE for mid-day to evening lounging and dining on the veranda, and a clear view of the entire property. Park your cars on the dedicated 2-car driveway.

On the main floor, an open-concept layout features a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, a large dining table, and a living area boasting a 65" flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime TV, and Disney+ capability.

The location is just minutes from sought-after wineries like Mission Hill and Quail's Gate, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. And for those days when you're in the mood to relax and skip the cooking or driving, walk next door and grab everything from amazing pastries and treats to lunch and dinner from Frind Beach Café & Patio at Frind Winery.

Other things to note
Boucherie Beach is a family-oriented community filled with owners and visitors such as yourself. The welcoming atmosphere is perfect for a family vacation or reunion with friends, but not well suited for parties. Community bylaws are enforced to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests at the resort.

We kindly inform our guests that our property cannot accommodate any animals. Our family includes individuals with severe anaphylactic allergy to animals (they carry an epi-pen with them). We are eager to share our home and the wonderful experiences that Boucherie Beach Resort offers, but this is only possible if we maintain a safe environment for our family. Your acceptance and adherence to this policy are greatly appreciated and crucial for us to continue welcoming guests into our home.

While our cottage can accommodate 8 guests, it can only accommodate up to 6 adults or older teens. The TOP BUNKS ARE ONLY SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN and cannot support the weight of older teens/adults.
