The space

Embrace the simplicity of tiny living without compromising on comfort, as this thoughtfully designed space offers everything you need for a memorable stay.

As you enter the space, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The room is tastefully decorated and well-furnished, offering a comfortable king-sized bed with fresh linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The large window allows plenty of natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and airy ambiance.

The living room is equipped with an Italian leather sofa couch and also features a small work desk and chair, making it convenient for those who need to catch up on work or study during their stay. High-speed internet access is provided, ensuring you can stay connected throughout your visit. A 42" tv is located in the living area equipped with streaming services.

There is fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen features all the essential appliances and cookware you may need during your stay.

The large 15x20 furnished deck is spacious and equipped with MisquitoNix spray system so you can fully enjoy the outdoors with less bugs. Immerse yourself in the charm of the piney woods, where adventure awaits at every turn, and let the bohemian vibes transport you to a world of blissful serenity. Must be 25 to rent.

Other things to note
Quiet times are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please refrain from any activity that could disturb the quiet enjoyment of our park guests.

We charge $100 pet fee per stay with a two (2) pet maximum, and we charge a $250 fine for undisclosed pets

A guest’s dog must NOT be:
Out of control
Unhouse broken
Left alone at the listing without prior approval
Allowed into areas that are considered unauthorized to the guest
Allowed in a public space without being harnessed, leashed, or tethered and not under the guest’s control

We love dogs!! However, we ask that you keep them leased and under your control at all times. Please take a baggie with you on each walk to clean up after your babies. Current certificate of shots is required and should be sent via Airbnb thread prior to check in. We charge per pet, per night, per reservation and we have a maximum of two (2) pets per site/rental.

Barking or aggressive dogs will be required to leave the park if they become a common nuisance to the other guests. Dogs may not be kept leashed outside without an owner present with them. Also, no dog kennels or houses on sites.
