Have you ever wondered what it would be like to live in a Tiny House on wheels? Come experience a taste of country living and Tiny House Charm in a 220sq home we built ourselves!

Located 15 minutes from both interstate 40 and 840, this rustic space is a perfect getaway for a couple or single person desirous of a change of pace and a little more peace.

Please read entire listing before booking so there are no surprises. :)

The space
With a cozy sleeping loft, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and space to relax, you will find the simple amenities of home without all the distractions.

Nestled on 13 lovely acres of land, you can step outside and enjoy the peace and quiet while sitting on the front porch, watching the sunset from atop the hill, or listening to the crackling fire.

Guest access
- Feel free to explore our property via the mowed walking trails.

- A fire pit is located between the tiny house and our home. Plenty of wood is provided as well as chairs. Please enjoy this space to relax and unwind!

- If you are desirous of a longer walk, Willow Spring Road turns to dirt just beyond the tiny house driveway and is a lovely, mostly shaded and quiet place to walk.

- There is parking on property for 1 vehicle.

Other things to note
- You must be able to comfortably climb a ladder to access the sleeping loft.

- There is available Wifi, but NO TV.

- The bathroom is equipped with a composting toilet. We include directions, and it is easy to use.

- For the tall folks out there, the ceiling height in the kitchen and bathroom is 6’4”.

- The tiny house has a window air conditioning unit that keeps it nice and cool in the summer, and an electric oil heater to keep it toasty in the winter.

- Upon request, we can provide a small amount of wood and in-person instructions on how to use the tiny wood stove.

- “Country living” can bring a variety of surprises, thankfully none of which are dangerous. :) You may see some of our resident wild animals such as deer, turkeys and if lucky a red fox. Please note you may also occasionally hear our friendly neighbors utilizing machinery or tending to their animals.

- Our dirt road is a favorite for recreational vehicles on the weekend. You can find more information on how you can join in the fun on the resource list we provide. :)

- We live in a rural community where cell phone service is spotty. Stronger signal is accessible via a short walk to the top of the hill. Fast WiFi is available at the Tiny House speeds of 50+mbps and works great for wifi calling, zoom calls, and any remote work needs!

Neighborhood highlights

We live in a rural community that is 20-30 minutes from any sizable town. There are a few local favorites for food within 10 minutes, and you'd be surprised at what shopping options the local Dollar General has for those forgotten essentials. But if you're looking for city life or party scene, or plan to eat out all your meals, this may be the wrong place for you. :)

If you're up for the drive, there is a lot of history, art and music to be found in the Leipers Fork, Franklin and Nashville areas, all within an hours drive of the Tiny House.

We are Nick & Kirsten, a husband and wife photography/videography team that loves to travel and explore new places and meet new people! After staying in over 30 unique airbnbs around the world, we decided it was time to become hosts ourselves and give back to this wonderful community. :) We built the Tiny House ourselves in 2015 and this was our home for 4 years. It is a very special place to us, and we are thrilled to now share it with others! If you choose to stay at our Tiny House, we hope you find it a place of peace and rest for your souls.
