Dogs are welcome! Please pick up all pet waste in the yard. A pooper scooper is provided for your convenience. Bag waste and place it in the bushes or trash. If pet waste is left behind, a $50 fee will be added.

There is a coach house (tiny cottage) located at the back of the property with full kitchen & bath. 65" Samsung smart TV too! The backyard may be shared if the coach house is occupied.

Smoking is allowed outside only.
Any indoor smoking will result in fines.
