A tiny house on a “micro” level. Comfy and cozy with a spacious view of nature. If you’re looking for a unique space to be alone to meditate or just simply to have a few days by yourself this is the spot for you. In the country side away from the busyness of life this gem offers a peaceful get-away. Equipped with WiFi, AC, ambient back-lit heating, folding table, a smart flat screen TV, filtered hot and cold water, microwave and refrigerator. A beautiful view perfect for stargazing. Welcome :)

The space
The Tiny house is a one room (64 sq ft.) experience with a comfy double bed. The house is equipped with a hot & cold filtered water dispenser, microwave, mini fridge (tiny freezer), heat & AC. The little terrace is perfect for breakfast while gazing over a beautiful view of the lake. There is a dock by the lake perfect for fishing. We have beautiful garden walkways and sitting areas. There is a fire pit and sitting area with a porch swing as well as an observation deck from which you can see the whole property. It’s the perfect spot for stargazing. We have a few goats, sheep, rabbits and the neighbors have very friendly dogs. Next to the tiny house is an outhouse that can be used by our guests.
From our property it’s a pretty drive to Columbia MO (about 30 min) and 20 min to Roche Port. A very cute historical town with a winery by the Missouri River. One of the beautiful attractions that is close to our micro house is the Warm Springs Ranch. The Bud Wiser Clydesdales breeding farm.

We as super hosts are adamant about following Airbnb’s high standards for enhanced cleaning.
As well our cleaning personnel are trained to follow Airbnb‘s procedures for enhanced cleaning.
The cleaning procedure is as follows:
- Our personal wear masks and gloves.
- We use disinfectant to wipe down high touch areas such as door knobs, electronics, kitchen cabinet handles, refrigerator, bathroom faucets etc…
- All bedding is washed and sanitized.
- All bathrooms, shower and kitchen surfaces are cleaned and sanitized.
- All dishes and cutlery are washed and sanitized.
- All carpets are vacuumed and sprayed with a sanitizer afterwards. All hardwood surface floors are wet mopped with sanitizer.

Products we use:
- Lysol disinfectant wipes
- Lysol all purpose cleaner
- Murphy’s oil floor cleaner
- Lysol disinfectant spray
- Lysol toilet cleaner
- Windex window cleaner

Guest access
Our guest have access to a bathroom and shower in a metal building about 200 feet away from the Micro tiny house. (this might be shared with others.)
An out house is right next to the Micro tiny house that belongs only to our guests who reserve that space.

Other things to note
The guests have access to the property and lake. Make sure to bring good shoes and life vests.
Swimming and walking on the property is at your own risk. Since we are in the countryside we do have wildlife surrounding the area please be aware of it.

Our Micro tiny house is in a rural area and perfect for a calm and quiet retreat. It takes about 12 minutes to get to the highway which is 16 miles from Columbia.
The next super Walmart is 20 minutes away in Boonville. A Dollar General is only 6 miles away in Prairie Home.
