Relax in the private hot tub, enjoy spectacular lake and mountain views, visit the Hebron town beach less than 1/4 mile away, or unwind by the fireplace.

Set on 3.5 private acres, Eagle Ridge accommodates up to 6 guests with three bedrooms and two full baths. Enjoy central A/C, a screened porch, large patio, gas grill, high speed WiFi and whole house generator.

The space
Eagle Ridge was custom built in 2020 with the warmth and character of a true New Hampshire log home. Hickory hardwood floors, knotty hickory cabinetry, quartz countertops, rustic lighting and carefully selected details throughout create a comfortable cabin experience with modern amenities.

The home also features a whole house generator, central A/C, a gas fireplace and everything you need to enjoy Newfound Lake in every season.

Outside, enjoy the patio, hot tub and fire pit surrounded by 3.5 private acres. Guests wishing to use the fire pit should bring firewood and a lighter.

Please keep all firewood outside. During the winter, the area around the fire pit is not cleared of snow.

Families with young children should be aware that there is an approximately 24 inch wall along a portion of the patio without a railing.

New homes are occasionally under construction in the surrounding area. Construction schedules and activity are outside of our control and do not impact the beautiful views of Newfound Lake.

Eagle Ridge is accessed by a private driveway over 500 feet long, with the final few hundred feet paved. Guests may park anywhere on the driveway with plenty of space available.

The garage is not available for guest parking. All vehicles must remain outside during your stay due to insurance regulations.

Other things to note
Eagle Ridge is a peaceful, private retreat surrounded by the natural beauty of New Hampshire. Enjoy the sounds of the birds from the nearby Audubon sanctuary and hiking trails just .3 miles away. Newfound Lake is only 1/4 mile from the home, and a beach parking sticker is included for our guests.

Planning a winter getaway? Tenney Mountain is just 3 miles away, with Ragged Mountain, Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain all within an easy drive.

During the holiday season, Eagle Ridge is decorated for Christmas from early November through late January, making it an especially beautiful time to experience the log home.

A few important things to know before booking:
Eagle Ridge accommodates a maximum of 6 registered guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Animals of any kind, smoking, parties and events are not permitted.

Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. For the protection of our hardwood floors, skis, crampons and ski boots must remain outside the living areas, and we ask that guests remove their shoes when entering the home.

Prior to arrival, guests are required to complete our rental agreement and hot tub acknowledgment and provide the names and addresses of all registered guests.

Exterior security cameras are located on the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home, in private guest areas or anywhere near the hot tub.

Failure to follow the occupancy requirements or house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund.
