Neighborhood highlights

Spanish Grant is a fabulous quiet neighborhood. My home is the ONLY short term rental on Bayside. Blessed to be grandfathered. Its fabulous for families, fisherman and those loving quiet place with TONS to do. The beach is a quick golf cart or car ride. Quiet peaceful place where you do not even realize you are in galveston! Feels like another place thats so tranquil. At night on the dock and porches its so quiet! You can see stars for miles, beautiful moons and do not even get me started on a trip in the evening on the beach! its paradise! Even the beach side is amazing!

I am a mother of five. I pride myself and trying to make all my tenants rental experience easy I know what it’s like to go somewhere and have to go buy ton of stuff to make the trip more efficient. I try to have many these things for my renters, so that they can just bring themselves minimal belongings and have the best time. No one wants to pack a bunch of stuff. Pure Vida
