The community boat ramp is one street over (about 2 minutes), and the home has a fish-cleaning station, BBQ grill, fire pit, and a fully fenced yard with a 20' x 40' driveway for a boat or trailer. Sleeps 8 in 2 king beds and two twin-over-twin bunks. Keurig coffee bar, fast WiFi, 65" smart TV, board games, washer/dryer, and a portable desk for remote work.

- Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. No cats, please (allergies). Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them.
- Paradise Cove is a casual, affordable manufactured-home community on Lake Conroe; neighboring homes and yards vary in appearance, which keeps the area relaxed. You may occasionally see friendly neighborhood pets out and about, so use normal caution around unfamiliar animals.
- Baby and toddler gear is available to rent directly from BabyQuip (not free at the home). Use the link in your boarding pass, or book what you want on BabyQuip's website.
- We keep up routine professional pest control. Texas has seasonal insects, so just let us know if anything comes up and we'll handle it.
- Trash: please roll the bins to the curb on collection days for pickup.
