The Space

Unique luxury 3 double bedroom, 3 bathroom, terraced home located in Wanstead. London, in a quiet street within 200 metres from Wanstead Central Line tube station.

The home offers every convenience. It is fully furnished with new modern furniture. It has a new fully equipped kitchen including a large dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge/freezer.
Other features include central heating + feature fireplace. Large flat screen TV. Wifi is available.

All Bedding and towels provided.

Reserved resident street parking available at the front door.

About the Neighbourhood
Transport in the area is excellent. There are 2 tube stations providing easy access to central London.

The area boasts a number of parks and green spaces including Wanstead Park (a grade II listed historic park), Wanstead Golf Course and Wanstead Flats all within a short walking distance.

The High Street which is about a 1 minute walk away is lively and has a variety of restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutiques, bars and a co-op supermarket opposite the village green.

The guests have the whole house to use while in residence.

The guests do not have to interact with the host unless they have a problem during their stay. I live close by but will not interfere with the guests except for dropping in supplies if needed.

The Neighborhood

The high street has many cafes and restaurants. It also has a library, banks, post office and a variety of shops including chemists, supermarkets, butchers, bakers and greengrocers.

Getting Around

The underground tube station is one minute from the house and there is a bus stop also very close by.
Parking is available outside the house but visitors will need parking permits for weekdays which must be displayed on the windscreen.
