Waterfall lovers and hikers will love this location. Feel the peace on our big front and back porches overlooking the woods and yards. Sit around our fire-pit at night and sing and laugh. Watch as deer carefully cross the yard to the woods and creek. Our private country acre will calm your heart. Cummins Falls is only 7.8 miles away. The more adventurous can hike down to our creek. Great for families or groups up to 8. About 20 minutes from Tennessee Tech.

The space
You will have the whole property to yourselves. Plenty of yard and grass to play ball outside. Plenty of porch space to BBQ and eat out. Or gather in our big great room. We've got board games, shuffle board, make shift ping pong, Roku tv you can sign in to your favorite streaming service, the fire-pit outside, and comfy beds.

Guest access
For added convenience and flexibility, guests will receive a code to our smart lock before check-in. This means that you can access the property at any time after the designated check-in time, which is 4:00 PM.

To easily unlock the smart lock, simply press any button once and the lock will light up, allowing you to see to press your code and enter the premises. This hassle-free and secure method ensures that you can effortlessly settle into the rental whenever you arrive.

Additionally, if you require early access to the property before the designated check-in time, you have the option to request it for a fee of $60, provided that it's available. This allows you the flexibility to customize your arrival time and start enjoying your stay as soon as possible.

Neighborhood highlights

Quite, safe, country deadend lane with very good neighbors. Drive past farms and cattle to arrive. About 20 minutes from Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. There is a creek at the bottom of the property in the woods that leads to a waterfall for those that like to hike. Near the quaint Dodson Branch community which has a Dollar General. Be sure to fill up with gas and groceries before coming out! Your view will be woods and your own yard. As in most of rural Tennessee areas you will drive past a couple properties that appear abandoned.
