Quite, safe, country deadend lane with very good neighbors. Drive past farms and cattle to arrive. About 20 minutes from Tennessee Tech in Cookeville. There is a creek at the bottom of the property in the woods that leads to a waterfall for those that like to hike. Near the quaint Dodson Branch community which has a Dollar General. Be sure to fill up with gas and groceries before coming out! Your view will be woods and your own yard. As in most of rural Tennessee areas you will drive past a couple properties that appear abandoned.
